The best part was definitely the standard notation though. I cannot express how helpful it is to have the sheet music. It's great with the tabs below it, too, especially for people making the transition. You dont need to flip through fingering charts etc when you get stuck. It's right there for your reference, but the rhythm is clear. None of the songs are in tricky keys.
It can often be hard to find sheet music for ocarina. There are a lot of tabs online. But this new format combining the two is the way of the future and I hope Songbird continues to add sheet music to their songbooks. Read Less
ot the length of the notes, so if you don't know the tune, it's not very helpful. Also I ordered the video game book and received a hard copy of the anime book. Since I was given links to download the video game book, this isn't entirely a drawback (my daughter loves anime), but still is one of the reasons I gave my purchase a 4 instead of a 5. Read Less
